CloudCMD – Terms of Service
Welcome to CloudCMD. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CloudCMD services, including our software, website, and application (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.
To access most features, you’ll need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to keep it that way. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:
Certain features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to our pricing and billing terms. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
We may change our pricing at any time, but will provide advance notice before changes apply to your existing plan.
All content and software provided by CloudCMD are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use our trademarks, branding, or materials without written permission. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use presents legal or security risks.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudCMD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we’ll notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
