If you're not satisfied with a new CloudCMD Pro subscription, contact us within7 days of your initial purchase and we'll refund it in full.

How to request a refund

Email help@cloudcmd.com from the address on your account within the 7-day window. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Renewals

The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a plan. Subsequent renewals are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges — you'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, after which your workspace returns to Free-plan limits. Your data is never deleted.
